I can't tell what is and isn't

Ross, I've been a devoted reader of yours for nearing a week now (that's some solid commitment). My name is Ryan Duke, and I'm a senior fiction writing student at Columbia College Chicago (don't make that face. just because you haven't heard of it doesn't mean it sucks.) Basically... I can't figure you out. I don't know if you're onto something brilliant here... or if you're just puttering and farting around with your new outlet- EDY. I discovered your site because of the review of Aimee Bender's new book. I've laughed at a few videos and enjoyed my time with some aphorisms, but your stories are what keep bringing me back. So, i guess i'm just wondering - do you or don't you know what you're doing? Here's what I know: you have talent, and that's enough for me. So, why am i commenting? I'd like to know more about the site - perhaps how to get involved or how to contact you with writing opportunities. I'm editor of a local zine (big woot) called The Green Flash. Currently, it's nothing. Just an upstart litmag that publishes wildly visual flash fiction (fewer than 1000 words). If you're interested in contributing a story, the e-mail is submission.thegreenflash@gmail.com. if you just wanna get in contact to make sure i'm no whacko, try me at contact.thegreenflash@gmail.com (note, i have two other editors who will see any e-mail sent to either address, just so's you know)
